RemTech East 2026 Registration Information

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
All sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Your sponsorship will not be confirmed or promoted until full payment has been received.
By completing the transaction, you enter into a binding agreement to remit the total sponsorship amount as listed.

Registration Fine Print

As the event is in Ontario, ESAA will be charging HST (13%) on all registration fees.
Cancellation deadline for Delegate Registration is March 2, 2026. Delegate Registrations cancelled prior to March 2, 2026 will be refunded, minus a $75 administration fee. After March 2, 2026, no cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be issued. **After the cancellation deadline, passes can be transferred to another delegate.
Cancellation deadline for Sponsor / Exhibitor registration is March 2, 2026. Sponsor / Exhibitor registration cancelled prior to March 2, 2026 will be refunded less 25% of the value of the Sponsorship / Exhibitor fees. After March 2, 2026 no cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
One name change per pass is allowed in advance of the conference. Additional changes are $50 + HST. **If you are unsure of who is attending, enter TBA in the registration information.
Registration fee includes access to all keynotes, technical sessions, opening reception at Table Rock, networking reception in the exhibit area, 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches.
Registration fee DOES NOT include taxes, hotel or travel.
