Project Technologist
Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation

Today is the day to boost your career! Pinchin is seeking a Technologist to join our Environmental Due Diligence & Remediation team in our Edmonton Office.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry.
A Day in the life of a Technologist at Pinchin:
• Complete field investigations related to the assessment of sites and the sampling of soil, groundwater and vapour
•Report writing and overall project support
•Support project scope development and implementation
•Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA’s)
•Conduct historical and regulatory research
•Prepare, review, and edit technical reports
•Liaise with subcontractors
•Work in a both self-lead and team environments
•Liaise with clients, financial institutions and other potentially involved stakeholders, including regulatory body representatives
•Develop and maintain positive client relationships
What you bring to the Pinchin team:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or Engineering and/or Diploma in Environmental Science
•1 to 5 years’ related experience
•Excellent writing, editing, technical and organizational skills along with the ability to problem solve
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations
•Ability to thrive in a team environment
•Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
•Valid driver’s license, insurance & personal vehicle is required (work related travel expenses will be compensated)
•Availability to work outside of core business hours
