Business Development Manager

Position | Location: Business Development Manager | Any Trace Office
The Opportunity
 Work with our Vice-President of Strategy and Business Development and key technical staff to bring in work that aligns with our strategic plan.

Responsibilities
 Proactively identify and secure new work with new and existing clients.
 Build and strengthen client relationships.
 Develop and implement BD strategies.
 Write and coordinate winning proposals.
 Oversee the creation of memorable, unique and meaningful social media, promotional and website content.
 Collect and share market intelligence.
 Represent Trace at industry and association events.

About You and Your Qualifications
 10+ years of professional services sales and marketing experience.
 A track record of meeting business development targets by putting the client first.
 Fun yet professional communicator and collaborator who can build strong external and internal relationships.
 You are driven, competitive, organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
 You live our core values of being caring, collaborative, and positive.
 You prioritize health, safety, excellence, and balance.
 Graduated from a college or university with a diploma or degree in business, science or engineering.
