Cancellation deadline is February 23rd, 2024 . Cancellations prior to February 23rd, 2024 will be subject to a $50 processing fee. After February 23rd, 2024 no refunds will be issued. Passes can be transferred to another individual.
One name change per pass is allowed in advance of the conference. Additional changes are $50 + GST. If you are unsure of who is attending, enter TBA in the registration information.
Registration fee includes access to the entire conference including keynotes, technical sessions, 2 receptions, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches.
Registration fee does not include taxes, hotel or travel.
