North Shore is currently seeking a Junior Data Entry Consultant for our Data Management Team, based out of Sherwood Park, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transfer laboratory analytical and field-testing results into pre-defined templates
• Correspond with project managers, field staff, and laboratory contacts daily
• Identify potential data management issues, initiate preventative measures, and escalate issues appropriately
• Provide quality control and quality assurance on a variety of laboratory and field-testing projects
• Ensure project requirements are met in a timely and effective manner
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned
• Opportunity to support other divisions with reporting (e.g., Phase 1 & 2 Environmental Site Assessments, Detailed Site Assessments, Reclamation Certificate Applications)

• Interest and proficiency in data entry, data management, and analytical results
• Technical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science or related discipline is an asset but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment
• Highly organized and can prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Possess effective communication skills and be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Respect and adhere to confidentiality and professionalism requirements
• Self-motivated and have a willingness to succeed within a team environment
• Willing to work occasional weekends and evenings when required
